Bees Game

So it has been far too long since we've posted but not much has been going on other than work and spending time together. But yesterday we got to go to a Bees game with almost the entire Stinson family. It was such a blast. We got to spend time with Shawn's brother and his wife that live in Las Vegas and also see their beautiful baby, Kaden. It pretty much was one of the funniest nights we've had in a really long time. One of our nieces, Bree, was sitting on my lap eating sunflower seeds and next thing I know the girl sitting in front of me is covered in sunflower seed shells. I couldn't stop laughing because she had no idea and Bree was just enjoying her seeds. I really wanted to take a picture but didn't. Poor girl.

Another funny thing that happened was with the guys behind us. A bunch of them had birthdays around the same time so someone came and gave them a bunch of cupcakes on a platter. As they passed the platter down they whacked me right in the head. They apologized and it was no big deal. I forgot about the incident until I felt something pushing on my legs. They were done with the cupcakes and were shoving the platter underneath MY chair! For the rest of the game I had to rest my feet on the platter or out in front of me. It was pretty awkward.

But the very best thing that happened was getting accidentally mooned. There was a couple sitting on the row in front of us a few people down. Another couple came and needed to get into that row. When the girl stood up, her pants were pretty low and we got quite the show. Usually when you see a girls thong, you can just see a bit of the thong. Not this time. We saw the entire thong, including the string getting lost in the immense crack, and also the entire butt. She sure didn't seem to notice but our entire family didn't miss any of it.

Also, the game last night had fireworks. For a baseball game, I was very surprised at how impressive the fireworks show was. It lasted for about 10 minutes and was AWESOME! I just love fireworks and love feeling the BANG in my chest. I could watch fireworks every night and never get sick of them. After the fireworks they invited all the little kids to run around the bases. It was really cute and they seemed to be having fun when WHAM! We watched one little boy biff it. He started crying and I felt so bad but it still was so funny!

It was such a great start to our summer. We're excited for all the swimming and Owls games that we'll be attending and I promise we'll update our blog more often!

Thanks for the update. I was wondering what happened that was funny... did I miss it? But oh no... I saw the thong and we laughed our "butts" off. :) The group behind us with the birthday cupcakes also kept talking about this new temple and that new General Authority... yet they all had a beer in their hands. Go figure!

About freaking time... thought you had died. Sorry again for calling you there other day. I was in Hawaii trying to solve a work crisis back here in Utah... it was an adventure. We need to get together. Andy and I are always going to baseball games so we should totally go together sometime!
