Thanksgiving

Yesterday was such a great day...long but great. We first went to my house for lunch. My favorite part of Thanksgiving is picking the turkey off the bones as my dad is carving it. Thanksgiving at my house this year was small. It was just my family, my grandparents and then my aunt and uncle from Grand Junction, CO with their two girls. Even though we were missing 3 families, it still was so fun. Kyra, my 1 year old cousin, is a ball of fun. We just played with her the entire time and she wasn't shy at all. Lunch was delicious and I ate so much food. We stayed there and talked for a few hours and then we headed on over to Shawn's. As soon as we walked into the house, it smelled so good. We ate and had a great time and then played games afterward. I just love my in-laws. It was just a great day and I smiled from ear to ear all day long. I love being surrounded by family and it makes me so grateful to have all my family so close. We get to see them all the time and it is something to be very grateful for. Anyway, the day was wonderful and I'm just loving life! Hope everyone's Thanksgiving was as great as mine was!
